We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at GAS India and promote the JobsReach platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement. If you are passionate about marketing and have experience in digital marketing, this role is perfect for you!

• Manage and optimize landing pages, lead generation forms, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing and SEO.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
• Identify and propose new marketing initiatives to drive growth and achieve business goals.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
• Certifications in digital marketing and SEO (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.
• Experience in the software industry or a related field is a plus.
